Proceeding contribution from Lord Williams of Elvel (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 18 December 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Bill [HL].
Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Bill [HL]
I am happy to sit down, although, in my 20 years of experience in this House, I am used to moving amendments on my feet. After spending a lot of money on the Moses Room, I do not see why we cannot get this right.
