Proceeding contribution from Lord Redwood (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 23 April 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Finance Bill.

Gentleman think about a whole dockyard in Britain being stripped out, sold and taken halfway round the world, and a whole car plant being folded up and sent halfway round the world to China? Is that a sign of success?
