moved Amendment No. 223A: 223A: Clause 96, page 56, line 21, at end insert— ““( ) This section does not confer power to inspect or take copies of anything of a kind specified in section 9(2) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (c. 60) (legally privileged material etc).”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
