moved Amendments Nos. 80 and 81: 80: Clause 47, page 27, line 25, leave out paragraphs (b) and (c) 81: After Clause 49, insert the following new Clause— ““Guidance about pre-application procedure (1) Guidance may be issued about how to comply with the requirements of this Chapter. (2) Guidance under this section may be issued by the Commission or the Secretary of State. (3) The applicant must have regard to any guidance under this section.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
