Banking Bill
I must learn to fight back more often. With such a gracious offer from the Minister I am of course prepared to withdraw my amendment. He has said more than I could have hoped for, and I am grateful to him. I am sure that those outside this Chamber will be anxious to engage in discussions with the Treasury on that, as will I and, I am sure, the Liberal Democrat Benches. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 25 withdrawn.
