Clause 33: Government loans Amendment 72 72: Clause 33, page 16, line 26, leave out subsections (2) and (3) and insert— ““( ) Loans made under subsection (1) must be subject to repayment with interest at a commercial rate. ( ) Interest is at a commercial rate if it is at least equal to the rate set by the Treasury under section 5 of the National Loans Act 1968 (c. 13) for an equivalent loan.””
