Proceeding contribution from Lord Hunt of Kings Heath (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 28 January 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL].

Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

I can do more than that. I can send the noble Lord a copy of Managing Public Money, Her Majesty's Treasury’s guidance to departments, which states: "““The Government can provide loan finance to public sector bodies through the national loans fund and departmental estimate””." It is a riveting stuff.
