Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

It sounds like a good year. There is a lot that I have not been able to take into account—it is in Hansard but not yet in my head. My noble friend Lord Greaves has several times told the Committee on the local democracy Bill that he has been reading Hansard in bed. I do not intend to do that but I will read it before we resume the Committee stage. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 85B withdrawn. Amendments 85BA and 85BB not moved.
