Banking Bill

My Lords, we tabled an amendment in Committee for a sunset clause for the whole Bill. It did not find favour with the Government, nor with the noble Baroness. However, half a loaf is better than no bread, and this is a little sunset clause. Although it does not go as far as we want, at least it is a sunset clause.
