Amendment 108 108: After Clause 253, insert the following new Clause— ““Report on investment banking The Treasury shall, as soon as practicable after the coming into operation of this Act, produce a report which examines the case for separating investment banking from deposit taking, either entirely or as part of a clearly segmented holding company.””
