Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

I am grateful for the support of the noble Earl, Lord Cathcart, and for the full response from the Minister. I am gratified by the Minister’s assurance that what I seek to achieve in Amendments 96 and 98 is already covered in law and that the amendments are therefore unnecessary. I am a little disappointed about the six weeks but I will not argue about it at this stage. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 96 withdrawn. Amendments 96A and 97 not moved.
