Clause 63: Licensable marine activities Amendment 100A 100A: Clause 63, page 35, line 28, leave out paragraph (b) and insert— ““(b) from the UK marine licensing area, unless the towing or propelling began outside that area.”” Amendment 100A agreed. Amendment 101 not moved. Clause 63, as amended, agreed. House resumed.
