Clause 3: Designation of general customs officials Amendment 7 7: Clause 3, page 3, line 17, leave out paragraphs (a) and (b) and insert— "(a) any officer transferred to the UK Border Agency from HM Revenue and Customs, (b) any UK Border Agency employee recruited for that specific purpose,"
