Amendments 28 to 30 28: Clause 39, page 29, line 38, at end insert— ""(ba) treat the applicant as fulfilling the requirement specified in paragraph 1(2)(c) where the applicant has had a qualifying immigration status for only part of the qualifying period;" 29: Clause 39, page 29, line 39, leave out "requirements" and insert "requirement" 30: Clause 39, page 29, line 40, leave out "1(2)(c) and (d)" and insert "1(2)(d)" Amendments 28 to 30 agreed. Amendments 31 and 32 not moved.
