Clause 40: Application requirements: family members etc. 33: Clause 40, page 33, line 7, at end insert— "( ) treat A as fulfilling the requirement specified in paragraph 3(2)(c)(ii) (including where it can be fulfilled only as set out in paragraph 3(5)) where A has had a qualifying immigration status for only part of the qualifying period;"
