Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [HL]

Amendment 41 41: Clause 41, page 35, line 19, at end insert— "( ) For the avoidance of doubt, the qualifying period for persons with full refugee status, who have complied with Article 31(1) of the UN Convention on Refugees (T951), shall commence with the date of their entry into the United Kingdom."
