Proceeding contribution from Lord Taylor of Holbeach (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 19 May 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL].

Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

My Lords, I have a very brief speaking note but a rather important message, which is to congratulate the Minister on a very significant birthday. On the matter in hand, these amendments follow from our debates in Committee and seem very sensible. I thank the Minister for tabling them.
