Clause 119: Creation of network of conservation sites Amendment 113A 113A: Clause 119, page 71, line 35, leave out subsection (1) and insert— "( ) In order to contribute to the achievement of the objective in subsection (2), the appropriate authority must designate MCZs under section 113."
