Amendment 118C 118C: Clause 137, page 84, line 12, at end insert— "( ) Subsection (1)(e) does not apply where the necessity was due to the fault of the person or of some other person acting under the person’s direction or control." Amendment 118C agreed. Amendments 119 and 120 not moved.
