Clause 193: Power to make orders as to fisheries for shellfish Amendment 122ZA 122ZA: Clause 193, page 112, line 10, at end insert— "( ) In section 1 of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 (c. 83) (power to make orders as to fisheries for shellfish), subsection (4) is omitted."
