Clause 263: Power of relevant authority to sell seized fish in its possession Amendment 124D 124D: Clause 263, page 159, line 43, leave out from "authority" to end of line 44 and insert "to have been the owner, or one of the owners, of the fish at the time of the seizure of the fish." Amendment 124D agreed. Amendment 124DA had been retabled as Amendment 124U.
