Proceeding contribution from Lord Jenkin of Roding (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 11 March 2010. It occurred during Debate on Draft National Policy Statement for Fossil Fuel Electricity Generating Infrastructure (EN-2).

Draft National Policy Statement for Fossil Fuel Electricity Generating Infrastructure (EN-2)
