Yes. The point I should make for the noble Lord is that the United Kingdom is not going down the renewable energy road in isolation. Almost every country is developing renewable energy sources. China, which we hear so much about, has hugely ambitious renewable energy targets. The fact is that whatever the difficulty of reaching agreement in Copenhagen on steps towards a legally binding treaty, I have no doubt whatever that the world is embarked on a move towards low-carbon energy. Of course we have to be concerned if our policies on energy put UK business at a disadvantage. No one wants to do that, and we want to achieve this in as competitive a way as possible.
