Planning Bill

Planning Bill. Programme motion (No. 4) on proceedings on consideration of Lords amendments and subsequent stages. Agreed to on division (279 votes to 228). Lords amendments considered and agreed to, with certain Lords amendments disagreed to. Committee appointed to draw up reasons to be assigned to the Lords for disagreeing to their amendments nos 115 and 160. Reasons reported and agreed to. Message to the Lords to communicate said reasons, with the Bill and amendments.
