Finance (No 2) Bill. Second reading debate. Amendment disagreed to on division (199 to 289). Main question agreed to on division (288 to 199). Ordered that a) Clauses 13 to 15, 26, 61, 91 and 106, Schedule 14 and new clauses relating to section 18 of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 shall be committed to a Committee of the Whole House b) the remainder of the Bill shall be committed to a Standing Committee c) when the provisions of the Bill considered, respectively by the Committee of the Whole House and by the Standing Committee have been reported to the House, the Bill shall be proceeded with as if it had been reported as a whole to the House from the Standing Committee.
