Fuel Poverty Bill. Second reading debate. Motion for closure of debate moved on division (89 votes to 2). Deputy Speaker declared the question not decided in the affirmative because fewer than 100 Members voted in the majority in support of the motion (Standing Order No. 37). Debate resumed and later adjourned. Debate to be resumed 12 June 2009.
