I, too, support the noble Baroness. We need an integrated look at the health of all people concerned with airports or aerodromes. Amendments Nos. 31, 32 and 34 in my name cover ground staff as well. Perhaps I may speak to them at the same time, as they are relevant. I understand that the Health and Safety Executive has responsibility for ground staff. It makes sense that there should be an integrated responsibility for all airport staff and for people in the surrounding areas. Exposure to accidents and environmental factors can be very similar among the groups. It would help enormously if treatment programmes and research studies were integrated instead of being done in a hotch-potch way. Where there are differences between the groups, they could highlight reasons for certain factors affecting some people and not others.
