Proceeding contribution from Lord Davies of Oldham (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 8 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Civil Aviation Bill.
Civil Aviation Bill
If my noble friend wishes to complete this group of amendments he can certainly speak to Amendment No. 33 at this juncture. I do not know whether he wants to do so before I reply but I believe the whole Committee thinks there may be advantage in taking these groups together.
