Proceeding contribution from Viscount Tenby (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 8 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Civil Aviation Bill.
Civil Aviation Bill
I support the amendment, the case for which was so lucidly and powerfully made by the noble Lord, Lord Faulkner. I cannot think of a single, logical or rational argument that could be advanced against it, although we know that the official mind can always rise to that sort of challenge. I urge noble Lords to support the amendment.
