Proceeding contribution from Lord Hanningfield (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 5 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Civil Aviation Bill.
Civil Aviation Bill
Further to the Minister’s remarks, none of our amendments would result in very prescriptive primary legislation. The objective is to make more information available and to have a better regime of monitoring emissions and noise. I accept that technology moves on but our amendments are designed to ensure that there is more information and monitoring.
