Proceeding contribution from Lord Hanningfield (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 5 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Civil Aviation Bill.
Civil Aviation Bill
I thank the Minister for his response. We have debated the matter and, as the noble Lord, Lord Bradshaw, said, we will analyse what has been said. However, I fear that not enough has been said. I know that we will come back to this issue on Report and, with that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. 10 to 12 not moved.] Clause 2 agreed to. Clause 3 [Power for aerodromes to establish penalty schemes]:
