Civil Aviation Bill
The debate was useful, and there may be issues for us to explore here. The noble Lord, Lord Smith, referred to Manchester Airport and consultative committees; local people often know where it is wise to spend money to help the local community, the airport and the whole process. Will the Minister look at that issue again before Report? It is an interesting aspect to consider.
