Civil Aviation Bill
I have a similar amendment and that is why I asked for it to be degrouped. The amendments cover slightly different issues. I have received a full briefing on it today and have not had a chance to digest it yet. That is why I thank the Deputy Chairman for decoupling them and we shall return to it on Thursday. I support the inquiries by the noble Lord, Lord Clinton-Davis, because my amendment covers similar ground, although it covers different issues as well.
