Proceeding contribution from Lord Clinton-Davis (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 8 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Civil Aviation Bill.

Civil Aviation Bill

The whole Committee is indebted to the noble Countess, Lady Mar, for her expertise on the issue. I shall be very brief, which the Committee will welcome. One thing is vital: these are very important issues which should be dealt with at an international level—first, perhaps, in Europe and, secondly, worldwide. While having regard to what has been said, I await my noble friend’s comments with interest.
