Welsh Affairs

That is a very good idea, and I will certainly follow it through. The Deputy First Minister in Wales, with whom the hon. Gentleman has some connection, was talking to me only last week about getting the heads of the banks in Wales to come together to talk about banking practices and other issues raised by hon. Members, and I shall take that point up.
