Civil Aviation Bill
Will my noble friend strenuously point out that British Airways, the main British airline, has contributed a great deal to solving the problems that we are discussing? The noble Lord, Lord Bradshaw, rightly says that progress must be made along the lines of the motor car industry, but it is already being done. British Airways has acted utterly responsibly and continues to do so. Anything that we say that confutes that situation is unhelpful.
