Civil Aviation Bill
The briefing that has been circulated by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead states emphatically in bold italics:"““The existing wording of the legislation is perfectly adequate and provides the necessary controls for the SoS. Therefore, why change them unless there is a motive or a ‘hidden agenda’ to do so?””" Will the Minister take this opportunity to refute that allegation, which I believe is entirely unfounded?
